The hotel is undergoing major refurbishment on the ground level. The renovations are due for completion by january 2006 and will result in a new lobby, bar, conference facilities and restaurant. In the meantime, there is minimal disruption to guests as works are only taking place during business hours and on the ground floor only. This main idea built, cylindrical tower stands ten stories high and is clearly signposted. Guest car parking is obtainable underground and outside. Rooms are simply furnished and immaculate. doubled rooms have queen sized beds and twin rooms offer two one beds. Each room features its own confidential balcony, in-room movies and airconditioning.

The rooftop eatery and lounge bar are fully licensed and offer panoramic views of the brisbane city skyline. small functional lobby with 24 hour reception and luggage storage facilities available. No seating obtainable currently due to renovations. Located on wickham terrace, this hotel overlooks albert park and a heritage listed convict-built mill. The hotel is an effortless 10 minute walk in to the city centre and focal station and roma street transit centre are only a few minutes away.
